This 10-minute cardio and strength workout will strengthen your heart and muscles overall. It is designed for exercisers at the beginner level or with limited mobility, and those at an intermediate level. My mom does the beginner version in a chair and I do the intermediate version standing. Choose your own music for this workout! The exercises are done in 30 second intervals with 15 seconds of active rest. You can do the workout with or without weights. Do the exercisers at your own pace.
