Recording the music of his own bands uncovered a passion and a dream, and in 1989 he moved to Southern California to learn the ways of the industry's most important recording studios. Joe spent years climbing the ranks and honing his skills. Eventually, his gift for crafting tones made him a much sought-after producer, engineer, and mixer. Today, his body of work includes some of the most influential heavy rock albums of the modern era. He continues to relish the creative process as he applies his talents at his own studio. Joe's search for great and expressive sounds is unending, and he still calls upon the MXR pedals that started him on his journey to help inspire himself and the artists that work with him .
