--Long Description of Doom, please read-- Skip to 0:48 for the fight. Just showing how easily you can die if you don't let him make the first move. Done without damage multipliers, without critical multipliers, and Chain Capacity increases which makes things a lot more... unpleasant to say the least. Increase Arles Gauge gain, double Arles Rise time and Atk+35% Grimoire Effects because if I didn't it will only increase the time needed to beat this guy, and I'm in no mood to upload 12 minute+ battles. Changes to Lambda Teos - literally no change except for one weakness and he gets to spell spam. Burn replaces Beast as a weak point; which is both a pro and a con. The pro is that now you have a common attribute to exploit, the con is that you can't maintain a combo while he's burned, at least in a solo (or in some cases, but I find that burn only makes him recover faster). Now for his spells: Reap Will - Richard's spell, self explanatory. If it makes contact with you, regardless you flash stepped it or not, it will heal him. If he's burned then he can't heal. Best to just dodge it to save the trouble for him gaining back +45000 x2. Restless Sword - Richard's spell, you know how it looks like. Expect this to be the most spammed spell for the first half of the battle. Easy way to dodge is sidestep out, then sidestep back in to the circle. Or you can just sidestep all the way out of it. Shade Imperial - Richard's spell. You've seen it enough times to know what it does. Sidestep twice to dodge it, or wait and flash out of it. Deathbringer - Un-block-able and renders flash step null. You have to step to the right or left all the way out of the spell. DON'T back step or the shock waves will get you. Careful where you stand and take a split second to look which direction you can step as far as possible - you don't want to step right into the arena boundary. Fearful Storm - Pascal carbon copy except he gets free range. You can sidestep it, but there's a delay when the tornado starts up. Best to just dash forward to avoid it since bad timing the sidestep can equal death. But if you like fancy footwork, go for it. Vanish Flow and Dragon Slayer - Malik's spells. He will spam the former more so than the latter when his HP is low, but keep a lookout for Dragon Slayer's second stage - the range for it is large. Now for his special spells. These spells, more often than not, he will cast ONLY with his barrier up. It doesn't mean he WON'T cast them outside of it. If you break his barrier while he's casting one of these, he will usually finish it unless you interrupt him. Also, if you break his barrier and he successfully casts, he has a small chance to follow up cast one of these, so add a couple more shots at him after breaking his barrier to prevent it from happening. Holy Lance - There's a delay before it hits, usually means instant death if you mistime your dodges. You should not start to sidestep before he finishes casting because then you will get hit more than not. Shooting Stars - Again, a delay after the initial start up. After the first star goes by, DON'T dodge immediately or you will get killed by the 100 stars that follow up. Side step once, wait about a heartbeat, then dodge. Best example would be how I dodged the Shooting Stars x2 + Shade Imperial in this take. Indignation - When Cheria uses this, its a blessing. If anyone else uses it, then its DOOM, ESPECIALLY in a party. If you used Cheria's Indignation before, you know this spell's range is ridiculously huge. It has about Deathbringer's range AND unblockable. Flash step does not work against this and don't attempt it unless you are in process of dodging another spell he casted. There are two ways to block Indignation - avoid it completely or Accel Mode as soon as the lightning crashes down; Accel Mode will give temporary invincibility when activated, so use that to dodge.
