The word was that it would be an elegantly casual affair. The colors were gold and beige. A garden party where every one mingled having a good time. "Devon House East buzzed into activity.The serving tables were laden with food. There were Two Bars one as you entered and the other with 'top of the shelf' liquors. There were few cocktail tables and not enough chairs for everyone. It would be standing room only, for many over the next several hours and the FAB FIVE BAND WAS IN THE GARDEN. RUMOR HAD IT THAT DK WOULD SING WITH THE BAND. BY 5.30 PM IN THE SATURDAY AFTERNOON OF JANUARY 21, 2012 M.C.
