This is my experiences with converting my foldable Dahon bike with the 100g Geeko rear conversion kit. Next season I might try the front motor kit as well on my daily bike, so stay tuned. Please NOTE that in the end I'm really pleased with this rear motor kit. It is nice and neat and everything is connected with just one cable. There are no better cadence kits with rear motor on the market, in my opinion. The video shows the challenges I faced. This wouldn't have been as much of a problem if the communication would have been better and especially the delivered information complete; How to get into the deep menu (long press the settings icon and enter the code 1009), and how to connect the display. The old versions of display and controller didn't allow using the display and the app together (app for the deep settings). In the end I received updated versions of display and controller that made this possible. With the display you can quickly change the levels and it prevents draining the smartphone quickly. Because I find that 25 km/h too fast for a relatively instable folding bike, I set the levels as follows: First 3 levels I set to 16 km/h with different support levels and two on 20. Use the bike on camping trips to discover the surroundings and get groceries. It works well, but I haven't done much biking since the update. I might change the levels a bit.
