He is basically giving the tips how to crack the UPSC Civil Service Examination. He is the first-hand achiever of Civil Services Examination in 1994 and joined in the Indian Audit and Accounts Service. The speaker took Bengali Literature as an Optional Paper and scored huge marks, in Paper - I : 204 and in Paper -II : 151. It was huge to crack the Civil Services. Chaitanya Charitamrita: The Madya Lila by Krishnadas Kaviraj. Novels: Meghnadbadh Kavya by Madhusudan Dutta, Kapalkundala by Bankimchandra Chattarjee, Samya and Bangadesher Krishak by Bankimchandra Chatterjee, Grihadaha by Saratchandra Chatterjee, and Aranyak by Bibhutibhusan Banerjee.
