A local "monument" we tend to forget despite passing on one of our main roads, the ruins of St Trininan near Crosby in the Isle of Man date back to the 14th century on a site of an earlier 7th Century Chapel. Above the ruins is the King's Forest a.k.a Greeba Plantation on the side of "Greeba Mountain" The local legend of the Buggane of Greeba Mountain ties in with the church at the foot of Greeba Mountain.
