How 5D ASCENSION Can Affect Your PHYSICAL BODY

In this episode I talk about how the expansion of consciousness of Mother Earth, also referred to as 5D Ascension, can affect our physical human body. Basically, our bodies are updating from carbon DNA to crystalline DNA. And we can look at it in two ways: in the far future we will have a physical body and a physical experience but it will be less dense than what it is currently, and we will have that 12-strand crystalline DNA. And the other way we can look at it is: NOW as we are in this moment, in this body. If you’re continuously committed to your ascension journey, meaning, you are healing and expanding your consciousness, there will be some shifts that will happen in your physical body - and this is what I talk about here - mostly because I’ve been experiencing this myself for the last couple of months, and so I will share a little bit of my journey throughout the video.
