Statistics for women in leadership roles within the industry also make for a depressing read. In the US, women in tech hold less that 28% of the leadership positions. In this episode, we pose these questions to one such female leader in tech – Linda Dotts. Linda is Chief Partner Strategy Officer at SS&C Blue Prism. Alongside her role of being one of the drivers behind Blue Prism’s Technology Alliance, Linda has also contributed to Blue Prism’s culture of inclusion and empowerment by helping to found Women in RPA.
