This week in ✨adulting✨ I'm finally a Dominican citizen! 🇩🇴 And I couldn't be happier to close that mental tab. I'm Dominican with or without citizenship but it's so nice to have it be official (my family is Dominican). Fun fact: My mom had been traveling to visit her sisters back in 1992 when I was born in the boogie down Bronx but at one month old we flew back home 🇩🇴 and I lived in the Dominican Republic until I was 7 years old before we officially migrated to the Bronx, USA. Hunts Point to be exact. And that's a little about me ✨ Huge shoutout to my mannn, for believing in my creative passions and investing in them. He surprised me with a day date for me to learn Rug tufting, something that's been on my bucket list for yearsss. It was the sweetest thing.
