Now add your flour to your mixer followed with your liquids. Slowly amalgamate all ingredients together. Take a piece of dough, roll it and make it 1 inch strip. Then cut 2 inch pieces from the strip. Using the bottom of a basket (washed and dry) you can roll your pieces and get your grooves. Prepare your pan with hot oil and fry your turdilli. Once golden brown remove from oil and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. In another pan, add your honey and warm on low heat. Roll your turdilli in the hot honey then place on a plate. Do not overlap or they will stick. Serve and enjoy !
