UFO - Best of "Strangers in the night" live recordings (US 1978 tour)

6 shows were recorded for the 1978 "Strangers in the night" live album ; producer Ron Nevison made a selection of the the best versions he found for each song plus two songs were actually cut in the studio by the band ("Mother Mary" and "This Kid's"). Problem is that lots of the actual material was not used ; in particular, only one tune from" Obsession" made it on the offical double live : the single "Only you can rock me", whereas the band played 4 to 5 songs of the new album at each show. In this selection, I picked up myself the best versions I could find from each show and included every song they played on this tour... so it's a virtual set list for they never performed this whole set on any given date. As fate would have it, I ended up using only two shows : Chicago and Louisville... UFO was an incredible live band back then and delivered every night but it appeared that the performances and recording were really above par on those two specific nights. Schenker left the band shortly aftewards, so this is really a special musical gift to enjoy... Set list in the commentary section.
