Moto escapes with Paul Brissac ( Ames ) who belongs to an international group "The League of Assassins". In London, Brissac changes his name to Romero, with Moto posing as his "houseboy". While in Brissac's employ Moto uncovers a plot to assassinate rich, pacifist industrialist Anton Darvak ( Wilcoxon ). Many great moments in the film, especially Moto's disguises and supporting cast. Wilcoxon was in many of Cecil B. DeMille's best films.
