Kalamazoo Township Treasurer Sherine Miller was censured for a second time following a heated meeting. Township officials say Miller mismanaged millions in public funds Tensions were high, but the Township can't fire Miller, because she is an elected official. However, they can strip her of her financial responsibilities, which they did last month, and now again.
