Why Was Someone Standing There Between Two Engines On A Moving Train?

Watch this mixed freight train blow through a nice gateless mechanical bell crossing with a person standing between the two engines by the back of the second engine! Especially with her wave at me and the clothing, I think she was part of the crew for this train. Anyone know why she was standing there? I was in the middle of chasing this train, and there wasn't anyone standing like this when I caught this train before and after coming here. With that being said, this was meant to be crossing video. This crossing is located on Mile 66.18 on the OVR Cartier subdivision. The current 12"x20" LED lights replaced 8" incandescent lights in early 2010s, but the mechanical bell is still here sounding healthy! Date: 12/10/25.
