After breaking a vacuum line trying to diagnose the problem and then realizing the dealership would have to charge me $550 dollars in parts alone, I decided to make some quick, temporary, fixes while I wait for parts to arrive in the mail. The vacuum line is 1/4 inch from the hardware store and fitted with some RTV for a secure seal, makes an easy replacement for the factory hardline. The temporary fix to hold me over until the new silicone elbow can come is was some RTV sealant over the split in the pipe then two tight wraps with electrical tape for added strength. So far so good after the test runs with a max MAP reading of 33 PSI, so we'll see how it holds up over the next week. Worst case scenario, it doesn't hold and I'm back to where I was before I knew the line was blown out.
