ABOUT THE PROFESSOR: Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks (http://www.jeffreysanchezburks.com/) is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizations at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (http://www.bus.umich.edu/). His research reveals how culture shapes how we think and work with others. He has published broadly on cultural variation in people's approach to negotiations, creativity, collaboration, communication and conflict. His research has been used to develop leadership training, executive and MBA education.
