Tracking Melissa: The US forecasters have said that Melissa is expected to move near or over Jamaica as a major hurricane early on Tuesday, thereafter it’ll reach Cuba on Tuesday night, and the hurricane would then head across the southeastern Bahamas on Wednesday.
