The Story of my Collings dreadnoughts

My thanks to John Dunne for his suggestion that I relate the stories behind some of my guitars. It seemed logical to start with the guitars I play and perform with the most. They all wear (?) medium gauge PB strings - mostly D'addario EJ17s and I use a basic Shubb capo and Blue Chip TAD50 (1.25 m/m) picks. These guitars are the result of a long search to find the instruments that suit my style, and my hands/fingers optimally. It was a long search, and I'm sad that I no longer own the first DS2h I bought ... twenty years ago this month. I hope that whoever now owns it might contact me. If you have any questions of comments, I'm always happy to respond.
