The Sentry Case Palletizer is designed to orient, arrange, and place layers of finished goods onto a pre-staged pallet for transportation to the end user. An Infeed Conveyor accepts cases that are properly gapped and by 90° rotation or straight through feed, creates the row pattern. Case stops are positioned to form the pattern required prior to the sweep. The servo controlled sweep moves the formed row onto the drawplates. A layer squaring system ensures that each layer is perfectly aligned as the heavy duty hoist lowers the load to the full pallet discharge conveyor.
