Do this workout every 2-3 weeks to drop fat and see where you are at on your fitness journey. Todays workout starts with a quick warm up then I take you through 5 levels of graduating intensity. You will be using dumbbells towards the end of this workout so make sure to take out two sets before you start! One light and the other a bit heavier (20lbs max). Level 1: Light Cardio Level 2: HIIT Cardio Level 3: Light Weights (I used a 2lb set) Level 4: Heavier Weights (I used a 8lb set) Level 5: Floor Intense Abs Feel free to stop or slow down where you feel like you have reached your max.
