Join us at the First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis for a screening of “Bob's Choice," an independent documentary featuring Bob Fuller, an LGBTQ activist and founding member of the Seattle Men's Chorus with terminal cancer who opted to use Washington's Death with Dignity law. A panel, including advocate Carrie Framsted, Rev. Dr. David Breeden, senior minister at First Unitarian Society, and Minnesota State Senator Scott Dibble will discuss the End-of-Life Option Act and why this bill is important to Minnesotans. First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis ---------------------------------------------------- The First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis was founded in 1881 and is a member congregation of the Unitarian Universalist Association. Since 1916 when Rev. John Dietrich became the Senior Minister, the Society has been known as a leading force for Religious Humanism. A century later under our current Senior Minister, Rev. Dr. David Breeden, we more often speak of Congregational Humanism. While we impose no fixed creed, we are agreed upon our aspirations and core values. ------------------------------------------------------ Website - https://firstunitarian.org/ Twitter - / fusminneapolis Facebook - / fusmpls Podcast Feed - https://firstunitarian.org/category/p...
