A Historic Pour: Logistics Warehouse Expansion

130 ready mix trucks, five concrete pumps, four conveyers, over 9100 cubic yards of concrete delivered and poured in less than 12 hours. This historic project was led by Scurto Cement Construction in partnership with Victory Unlimited Construction and Yard1 Concrete Pumping & Conveying. This new expansion of a logistics facility, which will boast 133,000 square feet of cold storage, represents one of the largest cold storage warehouses in Northwest Indiana. This significant expansion to this Northwind Crossings campus will bring 90 additional full-time employees to the facility.
