PLATE IS SOLD OUT! I have seen nail vinyls in the past that have this same pattern: http://store.whatsupnails.com/collect... and http://www.hexnaildesigns.com/collect... I've used nail vinyls from both sellers and have had no problems. Just paint the nail dark blue first.. then apply nail vinyl... then sponge on the gradient.
