We disassembly a Lexus 2IS cluster to do the LEDs and needles. I got a replacement gauge cluster from a 2008 Lexus IS250 but the mileage different. I cloned the mileage and odometer EEPROM from my original 2007 cluster to the new cluster using a $10 EEPROM Programmer. I will be changing the backlight LED in this cluster and also redoing the needles in the next video.
