[MKWii] Northern Heights v2.0 release!

4 months of updates later... My biggest project by far, and also my last Mario Kart Wii custom track. There are countless visual and gameplay improvements; it would take two pages to list all of the changes. Huge thanks to everyone who helped me with this track. Without you guys, this track would have been nothing more than a project I scrapped back in 2020. -TacoJosh, for optimizing RC1's model. -Jasperr, for fixing the boost panel shader. -Melg, Vrock, Mikul, TL, CobaltYoshi, and many others for providing feedback on all the updates. -Melg, for recording the run. There is no way I could have driven well enough for a recording on this track. I am planning on a video comparing the 2020 version of the track, RC1, and v2.0. NoClip's new studio mode coming out just recently (which lets you add cinematic cameras to levels) is like the stars aligning. Thank you for all the support. My 3 and a half years of making custom tracks has come to a close, and I couldn't be happier with how it ended.
