Upgrades: Reinforced (2) (This upgrade increases the health of your little megaphones and it makes them so much harder to destroy it's not even worth trying to break them... I guess it also heals your turret too but it is not too noticeable ...) Breakthrough (3) (So this tremendously increases the range of your concrete launcher, to the point where you can actually turn yourself into an artillery engi and just rain down concrete from across the map, you can start threatening cacti at range which is usually a plant he would be powerless against... Although this upgrade kinda encourages the whole sit in the back and spam style of engi which I find really boring I can see it's value...) Turbo Charge (2) (So this doubles the length of your usual speed boost, and it gives you a little knockback buff... tbh I don't quite know how to use the knockback at all... The extra speed is useful but aside from that, it's just a little extra upgrade for you...) God this set takes some time getting used to... I mean I get it's supposed to be more of a backline engi set, but honestly I get stir crazy when I play it, I can't just sit back and spam, I need to do something after a while otherwise I just go insane, and I imagine you guys would get bored out of your minds if I ever uploaded a video like that... Also the nightcaps in this match really didn't help... I'm out here having to deal with cacti and mushrooms pretty much by myself, a nightmare for engis to deal with... Either way, I'll have to give this set another go sometimes since I don't feel like I'm playing it well enough for now... I've always played a mix between spam engineer and aggro engie with my usual set (aka I spam but instead of staying in the back I just do it in the middle of the objective lol), I need to sit back more with this set, and I'll need some time to get used to that...
