Grind to a fine paste by adding water, bring it to the neerdose batter consistency. Keep the steamer ready on stove. Pour a small spoonful batter to cups/mini plates as shown in the video. Spread the batter and steam cook for just 2 minutes. Take them out dip in the cold water (helps to remove papad immediately) and put on the plastic sheet on a table under running fan. Repeat the process until the batter gets over. You get around 100 such small papads. Keep it overnight and the papad gets ready next morning. It gets dried up under inside itself no need to put it under sunlight. If you're consuming them within a week or few more you can store just like that.otherwise if you're planning to store them for long then after they are dried i suggest you to put it under sunlight in your balcony or wherever you get sunlight just for 2 hrs. That way it stays fresh and crispy.
