We Turned Logs Into $100K—Now We’re Moving In! | Lumberjack’s Saga S2E2 - FS25 Forestry Survival Challenge In this episode, we continue making progress at our sawmill, but there's one big problem—we don’t have a place to sleep! It’s time to fix that. I decide our next big purchase has to be a trailer home so we can finally settle in on the sawmill property. But before that, I set up a temporary tent to get some rest for the night. Of course, we can’t sleep on an empty wallet, so we get to work cutting down a ton of trees, loading up the sawmill to about half capacity before calling it a night. The next day, we wake up to an incredible $100,000 in profits, which is more than enough to set up our new home! Before we can move in, there’s some serious cleanup to do—stumps, overgrowth, and rough terrain are in the way. I pick up a mower attachment for the skid steer and a stump grinder to clear things out. The mower works great, but the stump grinder? Total failure. It barely takes care of the small stumps, leaving the big ones behind. In the end, I manage to set up our trailer home in a slightly different location than planned, but it’s still close to the sawmill and finally gives us a proper place to rest.
