#doubleabrothers #马来西亚 #永平 #yongpeng #malaysia 永平，位于马来西亚柔佛的西北部。在永平居住的华人祖籍多数是福州籍，所以永平也有‘小福州’的称号。距离新加坡关卡约1.5个小时车程。 今天Double A Brothers来到了永平，在这里我们感受到了大家都非常慢生活非常的悠哉。除了千里涛涛来到永平打卡以外，听说这里的福州美食也颇受欢迎！然而永平美食真的没有让我们失望！ 首先我们到了元延永平正宗西刀鱼圆，让我们大吃一惊的是这里的鱼丸既然给到10粒那么多！一碗简单朴素的鱼丸面也能够有得选择近10种面的种类。来到了福州城当然要叫他们的福州面呀！面的口感比较软绵，也吃不出碱水味。我们来当天也看到很多新加坡旅客到访哦！ 第二我们来到了亚答屋，这里出名的是他的福州炒面和卤面，当然我们两个都order了啊！起初看上去真的分不出大禄面和福州炒面有什么区别，直到吃了一口，我们就发现不同之处了。KL大禄面比较重口味，都以猪油渣香味和黑酱为主。而亚答屋的福州炒面味道比较香而且没那么腻。吃起来有一股浓浓的黑酱味，以鲜虾和猪肉片为配料。相比起新加坡的卤面，这里的卤面是已经把醋放在面里了。新加坡的卤面就很多配料例如五香，卤肉，卤蛋，香菜，蒜等等。这里的比较有蛋香味。福州面是用慢火去烹饪，所以面条也比较软嫩好吃。 再来就是下午茶时间啦！我们来到了大胡子面包小食。这里有着满满的古早味，可以闻到烤面包和咖啡的香味。让我们惊讶的是这里的点心小吃有很多不同的选择，从简单的烤面包到pizza都能吃的到！下午没地方去想坐着乘凉吃点小吃这里是不二之选哦！ 最后我们去了永兴福州饼面厂亲眼看到了如何制作福州征东饼和光饼。除了福州饼，永兴也有制作福州面，是在永平的老字号哦！这里也能找到各种不同的土产，比如说沙琪玛，马蹄酥，咸豆饼等等的都能买得到！作为伴手礼每一粒都是满满的心意！ 新加坡的朋友们不妨在假日来永平这里吃吃走走一日游。除了美食以外，这里的神庙也有很多，紫安阁，天保宫，黑龙洞等都是不错的打卡景点。 Yong Peng is located in the northwest of Johor, Malaysia. Most of the Chinese living in Yong Peng are Fuzhou-ancestry, so Yong Peng also has the title of "Little Fuzhou / town of Fuzhou". It is about 1.5 hours drive from Singapore Checkpoint. In addition coming to Yongping to check in, I heard that the Fuzhou style cuisine here is also very popular! However, Yong Peng style cuisine really did not disappoint us! First, we arrived at Yuan Yean Fishball Eating House. What surprised us was that there were 10 fish balls given! A simple bowl of fish ball noodles can also have nearly 10 types of noodles to choose. When come to Yong Peng, of course you must try their Fuzhou noodles! The taste of the noodles is relatively soft, and there is no alkaline-water taste. We also saw a lot of Singaporean tourists visiting on the day we came! Second, we came to ATAP-OD, which is famous for his Fuzhou fried noodles and Lor mee. Of course, we ordered both! At first, it hard to tell the difference between KL Hokkien Noodles and Fuzhou Fried Noodles, but after taking a bite, we realized the difference. KL Hokkien Noodles are heavier in flavour, with the lards and black soy sauce as the main ingredient. On the other hand, the Fuzhou Fried Noodles in ATAP-OD is more smell nicely and less greasy. It has a strong black sauce flavour with topped with fresh prawns and sliced pork. Compared to Singapore's Lor Mee, the Lor Mee here has vinegar in the noodles. There are many ingredients in Singapore's Lor Mee such as braised pork, braised egg, coriander, garlic and so on. Fuzhou noodles are cooked with slow fire, so the noodles are soft and delicious. Then it's afternoon tea time! We came to Maxim Snack Shoppe. It's full of old-fashioned flavours, you can smell toast and coffee. We were amazed that there are so many different options for snacks, from simple toast to pizza! If there is no place to go in the afternoon, but you hope to enjoy the cold drinks and have some snacks. Here is the best choice! Finally, we went to Eng Hin Fuzhou bread and Noodle Factory to see how to make a Fuzhou-style ZhengDong bread and Guang bread. In addition to Fuzhou bread, Eng Hin also makes Fuzhou-style noodles, which is a time-honoured brand in Yong Peng! You can also find a variety of local products here!
