The vast majority of this video is taking a look at the 50 set of Pastelowe Pastel Tone Colored Pencils, these are not pastel pencils rather pastel toned colored pencils. Further into the review we take a look at the 50 set of Pastelowe Pastel Tone Colored Pencils in comparison to the 50 set of Holbein Pastel Tone colored Pencils. The biggest most noticeable difference between both of these sets is the cost, with the Pastelowe being the much more budget friendly and the Holbein Pastel Tone set wildly more expensive. So this is not a direct comparison, this is not an apples for apples comparison. So what I have done is laid out the facts and you be the decision maker as to which set would best work for you.
