Glitch is awarded as the 2nd Best Short Film ( Odia ) in National Short Film Festival 2025 on Disability issues. In a quiet town, two unlikely friends share a bond that transcends words. One boy, with speaking and hearing impairment , and the other, blind to the world around him, find solace in each other’s presence. Together, they navigate life through the language of laughter, shared moments, and silent understanding. Their friendship is a delicate dance of unspoken support one boy guiding the other through the world, while the other brings joy with his boundless imagination. In their simple, beautiful world, they find happiness in the smallest things an autumn breeze, a song without sound, the warmth of a hand held in trust.They are the lights of each other’s life; beating the sheer wrath of darkness. Meanwhile, the world around them, with all its noise and possessions, often overlooks the simple truth: that true contentment isn’t found in what we have, but in how we truly see andunderstand each other.
