In today's video I will be transforming an overgrown property that has all of the neighbors confused on who actually owns the property. Before I started, I spoke to the neighbors, who told me that about a decade ago the owner of the property passed away. The strange part was that the man who was renting the property, also passed away just a few weeks after the owner passed. To this day the neighbors are unsure if the property is now in the state's possession, if the bank repossessed it, or if there is a long lost relative that will inherit the property. I got to meet the neighbors next door, I got rained on quite a bit, and I found four bats under a palm branch! This is one of the most interesting jobs I have taken on in a long time.
