There are two pizza cooks - the first shown is the second pizza cook , then I show the first pizza cook. It was a challenge due to the very sticky dough. I'm using a lot less flour and so these cooks are testing and challenging. I'm using the same pizza dough, the same toppings and are cooked 45 minutes apart using the Ooni Pro Wood-Fired Pizza Oven.
