The term “ghost hamster” was explained in the very amazing ‪@VictoriaRaechel‬ ‘s video:    • What is a Ghost Hamster?   The short explanation about this concept is to describe hamster that doesn’t want to come out from their burrow and/or only comes out very late at night that you really rarely see them. Remember, not all hamsters like to come out, not all hamsters are friendly since the very beginning, remember that they’re prey animals and we’re big giants to them, and it is okay for them to feel scared when they see us. Some hamsters need more time to adjust to new environment and get used to your voice, your scent and your touch. Some hamsters may seem like forever won’t be your friend.
