In today’s video, I’m sharing 10 anti-ageing makeup techniques that truly make a difference, especially if you prefer a natural, elevated, less-is-more look. Everything I use here is designed to lift, brighten, and enhance mature skin without heaviness or creasing. Below is the full breakdown of each step and all products used. STEP 1: Skin Prep I started by cleansing the skin with micellar water, then applied the Sonsie Moisturiser and the Youngblood Eye Impact Eye Cream. For glow and grip, I followed with the Go-To Skin Very Glowy Primer. STEP 2: Foundation Using a minimal-coverage technique, I applied the Dr. Jart BB Beauty Balm SPF 40 in Light/Medium–Medium. This was applied with the BK Beauty 109 Brush for a seamless, skin-like finish. Less foundation creates a fresher, more lifted look on mature skin. (Links via ShopMy) STEP 3: Cream Products for Luminosity To keep the skin looking luminous and youthful, I stuck with creams. I used the Merit Beauty Contour Stick in Seine, applying it in the classic “3” motion around the face and softly through the eyes to create natural structure and lift. STEP 4: Concealer I used the L’Oréal True Match Concealer with small, intentional placement to lift the face. There is no need for large triangles. More product simply means more product settling into fine lines. STEP 5: Cream Blush I applied a creamy blush high on the cheeks to visually lift the face and add natural radiance. STEP 6: Eye Contour and Setting I used the Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow in Shade 2 to elevate the outer corner of the eyes. To prevent creasing on the mobile lid, I set it with the Youngblood Setting Powder in Medium. STEP 7: Lip Liner I lined the lips using the Merit Lip Liner in Coupe. A softly diffused line looks fresher and more youthful, while a harsh line can be ageing. STEP 8: Eyeliner I used the Prime Prometics Eyeliner in Mocha, keeping it close to the lash line and up into the tightline to create definition without heaviness. STEP 9: Mascara Instead of harsh black, I used the Prime Prometics Mascara in Navy Blue, which gives a softer and more flattering lift to the eyes. STEP 10: Pressed Blush Finishing Touch To finish, I added a light wash of pressed blush across the cheeks and into the eye socket to create softness and overall cohesion in the look.
