Speaker Bio - Sandeep is a professional software tester and investor (self and other tester’s education) with diverse working experience (Bidding, Development, Management, Testing) in the software industry for more than a decade. Sandeep learned from the excellent people and organizations in software testing domain be it Testing Philosophy, Modelling, Good Practices, Technical Testing, Problem Solving, Automation, Business, and Communication. Though he is certified by boards like ISTQB and QAI, Context-Driven paradigm greatly influences how he sees himself to learn and perform software testing. At present employed with BridgeTree; primarily, he has worked with the BFSI software solutions innovators and leaders including CashEdge, Clear2Pay, Fiserv and FIS. My mid (short{S} + long{L} / a number{A}) term goal is to build myself, teams around me and budding leaders to perform appropriate testing by constantly improving skills in following key areas.
