Thank You/Merci! https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/jonat... I had a chance to drop by the Centre Roger Cabana again to check out R7 (Le Plateau) and R6, which I didn't have time to do earlier this summer. It was a great idea because this trail turned out to be an amazing keystone trail. The R7 is a fairly long back country trail that winds up and down the backsides of the various mountain ranges at the centre. It's a fairly even mix of downhill and climbing so the pain/reward ratio is good. Along the way, massive glacial boulders, sit perched at the trailside reminding you of the age of the surrounding environment. I'm glad I stopped by today, this trail goes into my list of top trails in the region. Video from earlier this summer where I sample most of the other trails here: • EXPLORING CENTRE ROGER CABANA//ST-HIPPOLYT... 00:00 - intro 01:37 - R5 Le Belvédère entrance 02:20 - R7 Le Plateau 18:18 - Les Menhirs 23:57 - R5 Le Belvédère Lower Bike Ninja Score: Overall 8.5/10 R7 - Le Plateau: 8.6/10, an awesome back country trail with a good mix of ups and downs, beautiful scenery and intermediate/advanced level riding. R6 - Les Menhirs: 7.5/10, the lower section brings you into a valley that makes it a tough haul to get back up and out. Probably best to take the connector that ends up higher up on R5. R5?? on did the lower section...must return to do the full trail. Remember to like, subscribe and hit the bell notification to stay up to date on all my latest content.
