What happens when entrepreneurship students experience real farming for the first time? 2nd-year entrepreneurship students from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) participate in a 3-Day Farm Immersion Program at LocalRoots Agricultural Farming and Services in Sariaya, Quezon, Philippines. Students experienced hands-on agriculture and agribusiness, including planting, seedling production, tractor operation, harvesting crops, composting, and understanding how farms can become sustainable businesses.
