Then, dry them well and place them in a pan with non-stick paper. Then sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius, until soft. (about 15 minutes). At the same time, cut the turkey into cubes while oiling a 30 × 20 cm pan and sprinkle the base with the breadcrumbs. Then, with the half eggplants, make a layer on the base and spread half the turkey and the whole regatta on top. Next, make another layer with the remaining eggplants, turkey and grated yellow cheese. Continue and make the sauce, mixing the eggs with the heavy cream and spread them over our food.
