Agua Blanca is outside Puerto Lopez Ecuador is in the Manabi province across the street from Los Frailes beach in the Machalilla National Park. For only $5 you can access a surfur lagoon, look out, museum, trails and birdwatching area. The Monteño people in Agua Blanca existed on the coast of Ecuador before the Inca. Their ancestors today run this community tourism in Ecuador and it's well worth spending an afternoon here.
