Welcome to our #ProteographProductSuiteTrainingSeries featuring Seer scientists demonstrating how to effectively use and maintain the Proteograph™ Product Suite and enhance your proteomics research. In this video, we provide an overview of the Proteograph Analysis Suite (PAS) Proteogenomics workflow. With this new feature, researchers can build a custom peptide database, perform peptide variant searches, and explore peptide variant data. This short presentation shows how to prepare a variant peptide search, upload a VCF for each sample, and set up and launch an analysis. You will also see how to view the proteogenomics analysis results and use the Proteogenomics Data Explorer to view a variant peptide or input a protein or gene of interest to view results at the amino acid or nucleotide sequence level.
