This video is 40 minutes of condensed footage from my latest 6 card PLO session on PokerStars where I was playing PLO6 $10 and PLO6 $25. One highlight of the session, I hit a royal flush, which was sweet. And someone decided to barrel off with air when I had it, which was even sweeter. Other than that, pretty chill low stress session. Won some pots, lost some pots. The games were pretty good, lots of fish, lots of whales, as is usually the case with micros online. Unlike some of my previous videos, where I played PLO4 and PLO5 as well as PLO6, this video is pure PLO6 the whole way. If you are a PLO4 player, and thinking about switching to PLO6, then this is the channel for you. Here, I focus on PLO6 - with some PLO4 and PLO5 if I am recording during off peak hours and that is all that is running. So this channel is a great resource for anyone who wants to learn the basics of PLO6 decision making. For optimal results, I recommend active learning. Take notes. Analyze my decisions. Live play videos are a great learning tool, in my opinion, because they allow you to gain foundational theory on which to build your play book of PLO6 strategy and tactics. There is a reason this format has been very popular since the days of CardRunners. About myself, I am 41 now, I started playing poker when I was 17/18. And I got serious about it pretty early on. Especially once I was 19. For pretty much my entire adult life I have been a professional poker player, and I have specialized in PLO for a decade and a half. I started playing 5 and 6 card PLO back in 2016, and have a decent amount of experience with these variants as well. So I do believe that i have a lot to teach people.
