Brush tail fishing lures part 2 - how I paint fishing lures. Finally decided to actually paint these things and I slightly modified one of the lures by adding the longear gill of a sunfish. The second lure I just experimented during the painting process to see what I could come up with. I tried these lures in the river and they had a very stable straight glide. To improve these lures I will probably do some surgery and put the tail on a hinge or swivel and possibly add a lip to help improve the action. See you on the next build.
