Ben Lui, a Fantastic Inversion 09/11/24

Join myself and Ally as we head off from Lower Tyndrum to tackle Ben Lui. The forecast was looking promising for the higher tops to pop out from a Temp Inversion. We set off on our bikes to cut down on time and the track was pretty good for the bikes. In my opinion this is the best way to tackle Ben Lui as you get terrific views ( if the weather is good ) all the way along to the mountain. The hike up the west ridge was in clag until we reached around the 1000mt mark, when we broke thru the clag into beautiful blue skys. We spent more than an hour at the summit as we enjoyed one of the best inversions i`ve ever encountered. Hope you enjoy....
