Today we’re trying out Vito’s Manipal, a popular spot among students and locals. From the cozy ambience to some highly recommended dishes, here’s our honest food review. We started with their much-talked-about potato croquettes—good, but maybe a little overhyped. The real surprise was the garlic parmesan prawns—creamy, rich, garlicky, and easily our favourite dish of the meal. We also tried the sourdough 7 Super Deli pizza. Loved the crispy, flavourful sourdough base, though the chicken toppings felt a bit too heavy for us. The chicken parma panini was decent, comforting but not a standout.
