Did anyone order 2D NFL Blitz? I'll be honest I had no idea this existed. If you've played blitz you know the drill here, over the top arcade football where the rules only kind of matter. Knock off helmets, sometimes their entire outfit, get into fights on the field, all while throwing bombs every single play. Game runs great, awesome presentation, super 90s cheese, its got it all. My only real gripes are no passing indicators and the only clock management is to just not pick a play and let the clock run as long as it allows. There is no play clock and no "at the line" adjustments meaning no audibles or modifying the snap count. Everything pre-snap after picking the play is automated which is kinda lame. Give it a shot if you are getting bored with simulation style 2d football.
