Hall of Fame Baseball Card Display - Cooperstown New York

This is the current (July, 2021) baseball card display at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown New York. If you're a baseball fan and/or a card collector you've got to go in person and check out the museum and the town itself. It's a shrine to all things baseball and the area is beautiful. The best time to go is in October to see the leaves change. The museum's collection itself has changed substantially since I was a kid. It has condensed quite a bit, but still has the essentials. It went away for a while, but was brought back by popular demand. They have examples of cards from most every year from 1871 to 2020 on display including the 10 "Holy Grail" cards which includes the T206 Honus Wagner in excellent condition (how many other "holy grail" cards could you name??). This is an overview video with just a brief amount of commentary. Feel free to stop the video and read the labels and take in the cards. I particularly enjoy the pre-war cards, so this emphasizes those years. Inside the pull-out cabinets, they have card samples from every year from 1950-2020 that I did not show in this video.
