Travel: blue train to Ella, Sri Lanka - one of world's best train journeys

We took the most epic train ride from Kandy to Ella. It took us around 7 hours and cost 230 rupee (AU$2) for a second class ticket. Ella is nestled amongst the mountains so we walked up Little Adam's Peak and swam in a waterfall close to town. There was a lot of kottu rotti, which is chopped up rotti bread fried with veggies, and of course rice and curry was everywhere. Again, we found a nice homestay up a big hill where we stayed for three nights. The host was so kind and brought us coffee in the morning. From here, we got a taxi to Arugam Bay on the coast which you can see in our next video.
