Making MINI Galaxy Mousse Cakes with a Mirror Glaze

Hey there! I hope that you're doing well and having a good day. If you saw my video Painting Babies and Baking Cakes... Failing at Both...    • Painting Babies Arms and Baking Cake... Fa...   .... then you saw my cake fail... I know that I am not that bad at baking, or at least I think I'm not. Baking this time, I wanted to challenge myself and make a dessert that I have seen being eaten in videos on youtube, but no one around where I live seems to make them. I ended up googling mousse cake and this recipe from SugarHero popped up. Once I saw it I had to try it. The little ones helped me at certain times making this. I may have overcooked the brownies a bit, not sure, I've never made them like that before. Then I got to try a Mirror Glaze and although I didn't make some things all the way that the recipe said to.. it was still a ton of fun to create.
